Her name is, Therezia van der Merwe. Most commonly called Tessa by those who know her. She is a certified Animal Communicator, Energy Healer, Reiki Master, NLP and Life Coaching Practitioner. Therezia became fascinated with the animal kingdom at a young age; the healing ability she naturally possessed were a mystery to her at this stage, it wasn’t until 2003, that she began to understand her role in helping and caring for both domestic and wild creatures. Restricted by the corporate environment that we all live in, her hopes to pursue her recently realized passions, felt like a distant flicker of light at the end of a long road; but Therezia would not let the world shape the mould of her future. Therezia, instead began to research and study the complex universe of healing and herbalism, as a mere hobby at this point, but little did she know where it would take her.

Having devoted all her spare time to the study of Herbalism, Natural Healing Remedies, Animal Healing, Spirituality, Counselling and Life Coaching courses, all of which she has now successfully completed, she continues searching “the old ways” of healing and how to utilize these teachings to co-exist with nature and benefit from these age old methods. Therezia is proficient enough to introduce her Divinely Guided services of the Universal Life Force Energy, hence the reason for establishing Transformation Sanctuary, which connects us all through synergy, to those with like-minded beliefs. She deems it her duty to enlighten, guide, heal, and transform the lives of wild and domestic animals, as well our fellow man, old and young alike. The healing modalities and properties used are well recognized and practiced by Master Healers, Spiritualists, Christians, The Shamans, Animal Lovers and Communicators the world over. 

Transformation Sanctuary is the first of its kind in Mpumalanga. This establishment is a Rescue Centre, we do transformation therapies, and healing of Animals of all kinds. Therezia is a single mother with 2 children. She has been working her hands to a blistering state at the premises after promises made of her business that would be able to be established there. Unfortunately, these promises were made in a false attempt to gain the benefits of all she had implemented, the rest had been utter deception by people she entrusted her families future and those who she has been trying to five a new start at life. Because of these selfish and greedy actions, her income has now been affected and space is no longer viable for what is required to make the sanctuary a success.

?Therezia has the ability to see in animals that which others have yet to discover. She uses a form of energy healing which brings balance, mentally, emotionally and physically. Her herbal modalities and therapeutics, are made and incorporated with precision to accommodate the healing of deep wounds, cell regeneration, mental and emotional balance, and rehabilitation of the internal organs and the assistance of the musculoskeletal system.

The premises in which she currently resides has unfortunately not got the means nor the support to accommodate the pace in which the sanctuary is growing, where grazing is now minimal, and space has reached it's limitations for the requests being received. We need all the assistance to be able to make this Sanctuary flourish. She has been working her hands to a blistering state at the premises after promises made of her business that would be able to be established there. Unfortunately, these promises were a merely a means to get her to install and create all she had, the rest had been an utter lie, where her income has now been affected and space is no longer available.
