WABON FITNESS in collaboration with CUT brings a day full of fun and fitness.
We want to help you find something that you love doing and that will keep you driven to reach those fitness goals.

Venue: CUT - (Hall TBC)
Tickets: R100 if you are not a CUT student
CUT students are free (Student card needs to be shown and only 1 ticket per student)
Instructor line up: TeddyB(DanceFit) , Richard Machogo(Kick) , Jacky(Functional step), Virgin Active instructor (Abs and stretch)
Virgin Active will also be there on the day running a few challenges with some prizes to be won.
