Welcome to Hazyview Workshops Network


October is Mental Health Awareness Month, we have 8 Guest Speakers of Alternative & Natural Therapies, that will you, bring you closer to a healthy mind and body. A healthy mind is where the healing begins, just a thought sends out a vibration, it is amplified once action follows you are on the right path. The body is meant to be treated as a whole instead of separate parts. How these complementary therapies can make a difference in you health.

Our Workshop starts at 7:30am with some Secret Sunrise dancing.

Dancing is very therapeutic, not only does the movement create good blood flow, but releases feel good endorphines into the brain, relieving stress and loosening all those stiff muscles. Expanding the lungs for more oxygen intake.

9:30am Food for thought with Marian Cottle Vegan Chef & Restaurant owner with help us prepare a vegan lunch and have a talk on eating and cooking vegan. Plant based protein vs meat protein.


10:30am TBC Health & Healing Centre - Complementary medicine and therapies are very unique to Mpumalanga, Complementary Oxidization Protocols and Herbalism, Weight-loss, Immune Support and other health awareness issues. T/DR. L.Barbeau and Loreal with Emotional Freedom Techniques & Thought Field Therapy, Energy Healing
