Moms you are invited to a well-deserved MOM’s Fit NIGHT OUT!
You need a break after the school holidays and we are celebrating women's month in August so we have the perfect combo.
Enjoy a fun sweat workout by FitMOM100, a yummy dinner served by Knead and a gift bag.
The event will take place at Ipic Play/Active in Aurora, Durbanville.
We will sweat in the active studio and enjoy dinner in the Knead restaurant.
The menu available: (You can choose from)
Bacon, Feta and cherry tomato pizza
Classic Beef & Cheese Burger
Veggie Burger or
Creamy Chicken and Bacon pasta
completed with a coffee or tee.
*You are welcome to bring your own beverages, no corkage fee!
Remember:
- Wear comfy active wear
- Bring a filled water bottle
- Bring a Yoga mat / Towel
- Lots of positive energy
- Invite a friend. If you book the buddies option you get discount.
