ABOUT

This is an introduction to the basic ideas and concepts of meditation in particular and mindfulness in general.


By popular demand I will be running this course again in August.


The format of the course is three 1.5/2 hour sessions where we discuss some of the theory of meditation, debunk some of the misconceptions and do some meditation practice.
