New to yoga or just want to reset your yoga practice and get back to the basic fundamentals of the poses? Anja & Michelle (Certified RYS 200hr Yoga Alliance Instructors) will lead this 2 hour workshop, where they will break down the core yoga poses, focusing on correct alignment and postures.


Afterwards indulge yourself in a delicious and healthy smoothie bowl prepared by Mariese van der Linde from Mies Oestafel.
