1. Demiguard (Pty) Ltd. and Play World Toys are the organisers of the Easter Egg Hunt PE, and will henceforth be referred to as “The Organisers” in this disclaimer. Notwithstanding the reasonable measures put in place by “The Organisers” to have a safe and fun-filled event for all participants, by participating in the Easter Egg Hunt PE event held at Play World Toys, 102 Heugh Road Walmer, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Republic of South Africa on Saturday 20 April, 2019 participants completely absolve “The Organisers”, their directors, their staff, their shareholders, their service providers and their staff, their directors and their shareholders from any and all liability arising from any and all loss, damage, injury or harm arising from participating at this event, however such loss, damage, injury,  or any such harm was competently proven to have been caused by the omission, commission and or neglect, or any and all combination thereof,  by “The Organisers” and their directors, their staff, their shareholders, and their service providers, their directors, their shareholders and their staff on the day of the event and or arising from the event.
2. Where the participant is a minor, their participation in the event will be taken as an express and absolute total acceptance by their parent/s and or legal guardian/s, or guardian/s on the day, of point 1. above without exception
3. Rights of admission reserved
