The story of Tilikum, a captive killer whale that has taken the lives of several people, underscores problems within the sea-park industry, man's relationship to nature, and how little has been learned about these highly intelligent mammals.

Please join us for a screening of the fascinating documentary, Blackfish. Andre Rutishauser, Sea Shepherd captain and owner of Conscious Cafe, will give a talk, sharing some of his vast marine knowledge with us. Prathna Singh, national coordinator of Sea Shepherd South Africa, will share with us her journey to Taiji.

An array of delicious sweet and savoury snacks will be provided. Fry's will be sponsoring their new fish-free food range, hake style fillet and new prawn recipe, for everyone to enjoy! There will be some fun giveaways.

Please bring along your own drinks as well as cushions and blankets (seating will be provided) for a cosy evening at the castle.
