Otherwise Comedy Nights is a Premium Stand-up Comedy showcase in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. Featuring the finest stand-up comedians from across South Africa and the world, hosted at a premium restaurant and cocktail bar Sí Cantina Socialé, in the famous Silo District of the Waterfront.
On Thursday 25th April 2024, we are having a star-studded night of stand-up comedy with three amazing acts! We feature the legend of South African comedy David Kau, with a career that stretches more than 25 years. He has toured globally and done all there is to do in South African comedy. David founded the biggest annual comedy show in the country, Blacks Only, which celebrates its 20th year this year. Dalin Oliver is one of Cape Town's finest, with more than 15 years in standup comedy under his belt. You may know him from his time on radio at Good Hope FM. He recently came off a 3-month tour of his international show 90-day-comedian in Australia. Dalin is currently preparing for more travels later on in the year with a tour of the UK. The show is hosted by stand-up comedian Vafa Naraghi, South African comedian who is taking the continent by storm. Having performed in more than 15 countries in the world, he manages to relate and connect with people from all background. He has most recently performed extensively on the continent in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Catch him on social media with his hilarious sketches @vafafrica.
