ABOUT
I invite you to join me for a nourishing sound experience, designed to settle and ground you through meditative instrumentation.
I am a multi instrumentalist, interested in sharing my love of soulful sounds with others. My history as a musician, my “bio” isn’t that important. Twenty-five years of shamanic musical experimentation has taught me to be less complicated in therapeutic settings. The main focus is allowing the various instruments a chance to be felt - from savouring the harmonies of the monochord, to feeling the primal force of the drum, to the expansiveness of the singing bowls etc…
What is truly important in group journeys is how WE show up in the moment, a co-creation between musician and willing listener. As a therapeutic event the intention is around nurturing, healing, holding and connecting- it’s important to realise your part in the energetic sharing. There is a dualistic dynamic that has the potential to amplify and enhance heart space connections for all those in attendance.

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your favourite pillow and blanket. There are yoga mats at the studio but if you feel that that is not enough then bring some extra padding - comfort is key.
