All entered Sani Stagger 2024 runners will have received a unique code from ROAG via email on 20th March 2024
This code is required to initiate this Quicket process to secure a room at Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel for the race weekend
Rooms are secured with an R800 deposit, and completing the booking information form.
The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will compile your booking and invoice you according to the information you supply.
Runners who secure rooms on Quicket will receive their invoices from the hotel by 31st May, and have until 30th September to settle their balances.

SANI STAGGER 2024 ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES
- 2 Nights’ Accommodation at Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis Friday 8th & Saturday 9th November 2024
- Dinner on Friday evening from 18h00
- Early breakfast available on Saturday for runners. Takeaway boxes available for 21km runners to take fresh baked treats on the shuttles up Sani Pass
- Sani Stagger sundowner snacks in the lounges with a slide show of photos from the day on the TV's and a projected on the wall in Sunbird lounge.
- Saturday Dinner available from 17h30
- Leisurely buffet breakfast on Sunday

Prices for Additional people, ONLY in rooms with Sleeper Couches:
· A maximum of 2 children u16 per room or 1 person over 16 years of age.
· Children under 12 stay free during Sani Stagger Weekend, and only need to pay 50% of the meal rate – R600 per child for the weekend
· R1860 - per person over the age of 12 for Sani Stagger weekend
Maximum of 1 teenage child/adult over 16 years of age per room where there is a sleeper couch.
EXTRA NIGHTS
Runners can add extra nights before or after the Friday and Saturday nights of the Stagger package. These will also be dinner and breakfast inclusive, and the rate for each night will be half of the package price you have chosen.
PROCESS FOR TO SECURE YOUR ROOM
Before you begin, make sure you have received your code from ROAG.
Only Sani Stagger 2024 entrants will have received the code.
- To book a room you will need to click the green TICKETS button.
- That will take you to the layout of the hotel, but you can only access the rooms once you enter the code you received from ROAG.
- Under Choose your Seats, there is a space to Enter Promotional Code.
- Enter your personal promotional code you received from ROAG here.
- You will now have access to the hotel layout where you can book your room. (the grey map will now have different colour blocks)
- Make sure to scroll down to see all rooms as the full map may not be visible on some screens.
- Move your mouse over the rooms(square blocks) & click anywhere to zoom in & then click on the room that you want to book.
- Click on + (plus) sign to select your room & ensure the digit 1 appears then click confirm and then click on next at the bottom right - UNLESS you want to book more than 1 room.
- Should you require more than 1 room, REPEAT the process BEFORE clicking on next.
- ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS before making payment to ensure you have accurately requested all that you require. The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use the information you supply to these questions to create your booking, and invoice you accordingly.
- You will only be able to click next if you have ticked that you have read & understood the payment & cancellation terms.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
(Please Note these are Sani Stagger event specific as the entire hotel is taken over as the race base for the weekend)
- R800 deposit secures your booking.
- You will receive an invoice from Premier Sani Pass Hotel by the 31st May 2024
- Full payment will need to be made by 30th September 2024 otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled.
- Bookings not fully settled by 30th September 2024, and not cancelled in writing to [email protected] before 30th September 2024, will lose the booking and forfeit the R800 deposit.
- 100% cancellation fee will apply from 14th October 2024
- No refunds, other than medical will be allowed from 14th October 2024
- From 14th October to 1st November 2024, there will be an R800 cancellation fee for injury induced cancellations, if supported by a note from your medical practitioner.
- No change of booked room category will be allowed - You can amend the details of your booking up until the 5th November 2024, such as meal preferences and King or Twin set up - but not the room you have booked
