Get to to NPC iCandy Classic

Just an ordinary gal chasing her goals for a change to stand on stage in October.

I have been in the bodybuilding industry for 5 years, been told by numerous people that I have the physique to stand on stage but always was fearful. It has been a huge dream of mine to just see if I enjoy it, how far I get, and this is the year I ignore those that call it vain or inappropriate and I’m going for gold.

I stand on that NPC Jozi stage on 28 October 2023 in hopes that I get through to the CPT African Cup on 3 December.

As we all know, meal prep, coaching, supplements and bikini/heels/tan/hair/make up is very expensive and I still have my bond to pay off amidst all these figures.

I am coached by the gorgeous Anei Visser from the 3SIX5 Global team who have been by my side for 2 years going strong - I can’t thank them enough.

This year we conquering my fears, goals and limits. Walk with me on this journey by contributing towards it. It doesn’t need to be a money donation.
