ABOUT

Advocates Group 621 is the oldest group of advocates at the Johannesburg Bar. Established in 1913, its members are active in most areas of law. While the group has traditionally focused on commercial litigation, it has also played a significant role in human rights and public-law litigation. Hilton Old Boy and the first Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Arthur Chaskalson, was a member of this group. Benny Makola is a well regarded advocate and will introduce you to a range of people at various stages of their legal career.
