WALK ON THE WILD SIDE 2022
The Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) Johannesburg will be holding a 5 km fun dog walk at the Thaba Trails, South of Johannesburg on 22 October 2022. The Fun Walk will incorporate our annual Pet Blessing. The walk will start at 08:00 am and meander through the beautiful Thaba Eco Estate. Great entertainment, including a kiddies corner, pet-orientated products and food stalls. Why not put on your takkies, bring the kids and the dog, and have some fun?
The Animal Anti-Cruelty League JHB has been protecting and caring for animals since 1956, as an independent Animal Welfare Organization, it relies entirely on the generosity and goodwill of the animal-loving public for financial support.
AACL is an organization that gets involved with all aspects of animal welfare: providing shelter for abandoned animals, promoting an efficient adoption program, prosecuting animal cruelty cases, running welfare hospitals for lower-income groups, visiting underprivileged areas with fully equipped mobile clinics and regularly addressing schools and clubs on the challenges of animal welfare.
