Inside Art workshops use art as a medium for therapy.
The workshop will include various art forms and activities which will allow you to construct your very own masterpiece. The activities for the morning will include; drawing painting and a movement activity.
No previous experience is needed.
The art activities take you on a journey of self exploration, reflection and most of all provides an oppurtunity to unleash your creativity.
