ABOUT
ZUMBA & HIIT Workout for ALL Fitness levels.
R90 per person each Saturday gets you a 70 min workout and a breakfast and a cuppa.
35 minutes of Zumba
35 minutes of HIIT Bodyweight workout.
Do one session or both on the day.
Every Saturday in July.
Booking and payment is essential.
What you will need:
Positive vibes.
A mat to workout on, a sweat towel and water.
Gym wear and sneakers/takkies.
Enjoy a breakfast and a cuppa after at Stan’s Coffee Shop inside Pirates.
CHOOSE FROM:
- Low GI toast with Avo and a small cappuccino
- Bacon and egg roll and a cold drink or filter coffee
- Sun up breakfast and a filter coffee.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Zumba
A Latin inspired fitness dance program that will get you moving in the most fun way ever. Every Body, Every level.
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
This session will focus on bodyweight exercises that everyone can do.
It will be a timed circuit where you work for 40-60's followed by a short rest period of 20's, before the next exercise starts. It will consist of 2 different sets of exercises, with 5 exercises in each set.
