Embodiment's NEW Rope Space

ABOUT

An opportunity to share in the collective energy of the rope scenes.

  • We will have soft drinks, beer and wine available for purchase on the day or via a drinks token with your ticket. We are enforcing a two alcoholic beverage limit.
  • We recommend having attended at least one class with us before attending the salon. You need to understand basic rope safety and consent in ropes to tie in the space (this counts for tops and bottoms).

FAQ:

  • What must I bring? Your rope, toys and paraphernalia. Snacks to share.
  • How will you ensure safety? Rules will be communicated before the doors close. DMs ("dungeon" monitors) will be around to enforce rules.

Rules and Ethos

  • Consent and negotiation are critical before play. Communicate thoroughly and include negotiation of aftercare. We are trusting you to care for yourselves and one another.
  • No excessive intoxication will be allowed.

  • When humans are tying, please communicate in hushed tones. This also goes for those hanging out in the non-rope chill space.
  • Nudity is allowed but no penetrative sex acts will be permitted.
  • No suspension without chatting to the organisers first.
