Our Reusable Sanitary Pad Drive needs YOU! Can you be a young girl's champion in 2022?

With missed school days & landfill waste on the rise, our Reusable Sanitary Pad Drive aims to solve these problems.

We are ready to distribute reusable sanitary pad packs to 500 disadvantaged school girls every month in 2022. But we need your help to fundraise for this worthy cause.

For R360 you can sponsor a girl child with a Project Bloom Bucket containing:

• 6 reusable pads

• wet bag for on-the-go storage

• detergent

• a gift

• something to nibble on

• care instructions

How is this different to other sanitary pad drives?

1. Other sanitary pad drives distribute disposable sanitary pads, and while this is helpful, it is not sustainable. There will always have to be more donations, which will inevitably result in more landfill waste.

2. Our sanitary pads can be used for up to 24 months, which will alleviate period poverty for that entire period.

3. Because our pads are reusable, more girls can be assisted in a shorter period of time.

4. We can assist between 500-1000 girls every month, massively reducing our collective carbon footprint.

5. Girls are given the opportunity to make conscious choices about their bodies and the products they use.
