About

Makhanda Café (hereafter known as MC) is a Business that operates in the Restaurant Industry. The Business is located in Makhanda and provides African food, music and art.

The Business strives to become a key role player by eliminating unemployment in Grahamstown. MC aims to employ more men, women and young people. The Business wishes to train more technical college students in order to expand MC in the township as this one will be situated in CBD.

We need your help!

A lot goes into opening up a restaurant. To get Makhanda Café open will take the whole country and I am so grateful for those who have been so supportive through this venture.

Here's what we need to get opening:

[ ] Purchasing of the restaurant

[ ] Lots of equipment (convection ovens, mixers, sinks, range, work tables, refrigeration, coffee machines, etc.)

[ ] Renovations

[ ] Tables, chairs and decor

[ ] Starting inventory

[ ] Marketing

[ ] So much more

We estimate this project will take R3million across all funding avenues to get open, and we hope you can help us achieve this goal.
