This Lifestyle Fit Program in 21 Days is run by Independent Herbalife Members. Please speak to the Member who invited you onto this challenge about your nutrition program.


We are seeing INCREDIBLE results from previous participants and are looking forward to you joining us on this journey of getting into shape as a TEAM.

We are committed to helping you become LEANER, FITTER & STRONGER – doesn’t matter your starting point!




We will supply you with:


  • Meal Plans
  • Shopping List
  • Exercise programs to get fitter and stronger
  • Accountability
  • Ongoing Support
  • A community of like-minded people


Exercise plan will require:


  • 3 or more days per week commitment
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • A longer cardio session (a 3-5km run like a Park Run would be ideal)
  • If you already belong to a gym, you can incorporate all these elements to your existing routine




    


“Results are 80% Nutrition 20% Exercise”?


NB - By entering the program you also agree to keep all information, meal plans, exercise routines and ANY information regarding this challenge only between the participants in the challenge, and not share it with people outside the group. 


If your body fat is more than 25% (female) and 20% (male) - you will most likely have to do 2x back to back Programs to reach your goal.
