ABOUT
This is a six-week course for highschool age youth Sessions are on Friday evenings from 6 till 9 pm
Each workshop teaches transformational techniques for building resilience, connecting more authentically with others, and understanding oneself, confidence, and living intentionally. Connecting with one's intuitive heart wisdom and integrating that into deliberate actions in daily life.
Constructive workshops facilitated mindful practices and transformative activities on personal growth and conscious communication and visioning catered to current needs in a time of social distancing.

Young people will
