Platberg Hike

ABOUT

We do a circular hike to Platberg summit overlooking Scarborough at the Baskloof Fynbos Private Nature Reserve where the fynbos and views are gorgeous! This is a relatively short hike, but there are some steep ups and downs over rugged terrain. The pace will be leisurely, botanical discussions had and a lovely coffee stop enjoyed at the top!

For the moderately fit hiker keen on a wonderful half-day hike through gorgeous winter fynbos.

Grade: A-grade route on standard footpath with some rugged sections.
