The Leadership & Entrepreneurship Development Seminar is an annual inspirational event organized by The Brilliant Man (Pty) Ltd. .

The Seminar is a developmental initiative intended to bring change within Sekgosese area and create a platform for community members to converge and map a way out, to alleviate socio-economic challenges faced by the community and society as a whole.

The LEDS aims to bring development to the rural communities through engagements, dialogues that will impact meaningfully to our people.
