Join our 10 Week Fitness Challenge and get into the best shape of your life!
Get access to 4 x Boxing & Barbells classes per week. Class times are:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 19h00-19h45
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 17h00-17h45
Each 45 minute class consist of authentic boxing against a variety of bags/ focus pads, jumping rope, strength training using weights, core and flexibility training.
Classes are small group classes ( not more than 4 people per class) and an Internationally Certified Trainer leads every class. You will train like a fighter but you do not fight anyone!
You will also receive a new set of boxing gloves and hand wraps plus we will give you a free nutritional plan and two motivational e-books.
