Good day.

We don't just need funds, we need the right people too!

We have been developing this for about a year and it’s time to get it out there.

PleaseEmployUs is a platform for getting South Africa’s unemployed out of the terrible life of being without hope. We can write a book about the consequences of our unemployment but I know that we all see people every day who are in desperate times.

Before you even try check out the site, look at this page About Us, we wrote that last year, long before Covid. I am scared and so should the rest of all good people in South Africa be.

This will be a non-profit entity. We am not that smart and capable that I can do this all on my own, and need help with lots of things.

So, our challenge to you, is how can we turn this platform into the most spectacular success story?

What I know that is needed so far:

1. Immediate/short term:
2. Legal, tax and accounting assistance – need to set up a non-profit organisation, set up Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy etc.
3. Website developer – who can take this and make it look and work really professional.
4. Domain and hosting provider – the likes of Afrihost or other who can carry the cost and maintenance of a database that may well run into 10’s of millions of records.
5. Mobile and laptop suppliers – a few of the best laptops and cell phones. We will be working on really big databases. Would love to have some people on a 24 hour system to assist with registrations.
6. Data and air-time – we cannot carry the costs for much longer.

2. Buy in from Political Party/s. The party/s that jumps on board would have an excellent platform to showcase their efforts.

                                                              i.     They can lobby support from many individuals, companies and organisations.

1. Buy in from Big Business

                                                              i.     They can provide funding, projects, their brand would give the platform integrity and exposure.

                                                            ii.     They can use the platform to search for candidates, list job offers.

                                                          iii.     They can market their affiliation and advertise.

1. Buy in from Recruitment Agents

                                                              i.      Free listing and free searching.

                                                            ii.     Similar to Big Business.

1. Buy in from NGO’s, NPO’s, Labour Unions, Educational institutions, etc etc.
2. Buy in from Media – obvious.

There are lots more, but the general idea is that our whole country, in all aspects, can benefit if this is successful.

We are no experts when it comes to websites, databases, law, accounting etc etc etc. But we will continue doing what we can on our own. There is no time left. While we type this mail, people out there are hungry, people are desperate, people are suffering. The future does not bode well for our country.

We will be contacting as many people as I can from now on.

We truly hope some strong people will join me, and see if we can do something. WE CAN FIX IT!
