ABOUT

Looking for a fun way to spend your Saturday evening? Join us as we collaborate with Traffick Wise and Empowered Generation for our year end fundraising sushi making event where you’ll be taught on how to make your own sushi and enjoy it!

Traffick Wise is the result of finding a tangible way to combat human trafficking today, with 22 projects around Africa- the Freedom Challenge Ministry has been called to impact and equip vulnerable women and children who are oppressed, enslaved, exploited and marginalised to end modern day slavery.

Empowered Generation is a community development and social impact program done at township primary schools within the Pretoria east areas to empower and educate young children on social issues.

The class entails a fusion sushi platter which includes the following:

  • You will be tutored on how to successfully put together two sushi rolls - Salmon Roll, Maki Roll or a Salmon California Roll

  • Each individual will make a sushi platter of 16 pieces

  • All ingredients and utensils needed for the duration of the class will be provided.

  • Bring your own wine

Booking is essential - spacing is limited to 40 guests

Temperatures of all guests will be taken and hand sanitising stations will be set in place

On the week of the event each guest will also be provided a link to a questionnaire they will need to fill out.
