Join us for a very special performance and discussion with The Betsie Beers at STFD studio on Thursday, the 2nd of July at 7:30pm.

With sweet harmonies and poetic catchy lyrics, this Capetonian sister duo blends a unique fusion of indie, folk and bluegrass, accompanied by their variety of instruments from banjo picking to fast guitar strumming and some harmonica blowing.

The fun way that they engage with their crowd and each other on stage will make you feel right at home.

The Betsie Beers will have you singing and stomping your feet to their happy heartbreak songs.

Whilst this is not a live stream, it is a live recording (pre-recorded), bare bones and all. As such, The Betsie Beers won't be able to take requests, but they will be tuned in at the same time, should you wish to drop any questions in the comments section for them.

Once you've purchased your ticket, quicket will advise you on the process going forward. We'll also keep the event up for 7 days after, so even if you can't tune in at the exact time, you will be able to watch it anytime within the allocated period. Unfortunately, The Betsie Beers will only be there for the initial broadcast though.

Like everyone else, we're trying to work around the new restrictions. The live streaming has really boomed, but figured we'd try a slightly different angle for these shows.
